Terms and Conditions
NOTICE: BIDDING CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY-
By placing a bid in any Eastside Estate Liquidation auction, you agree to the following legally binding terms:
1. Binding Obligation to Purchase
Placing a bid is a contractual commitment to complete the purchase. If you are the winning bidder, you are legally required to pay in full and collect your item(s) on the designated pick-up date. Do not bid unless you fully intend to pay and are available to meet the pick-up requirements.
2. Pick-Up and Shipping Responsibility
Winning bidders must:
-
Pick up their items during the designated pick-up window listed on the invoice,
or -
Have made prior shipping arrangements before the pick-up date.
Eastside Estate Liquidation is not responsible for loading, disassembly, or moving of any item. Some items may be located in areas requiring physical effort (e.g., 2nd floors or outbuildings); bidders are solely responsible for bringing appropriate tools and labor.
3. Missed Pick-Up = Forfeiture
If items are not picked up on time and no prior shipping arrangement has been made, items will be considered abandoned and may be resold, donated, or otherwise disposed of without refund or further notice. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Alternate pick-up times are not guaranteed. If approved solely at our discretion, a late pick-up may incur additional handling and storage fees.
4. Invoices and Payment Deadline
Invoices are emailed after the auction concludes. If your card is declined, full payment is due by 7:00 p.m. the day after the auction closes. If payment is not received by that time, your items will be forfeited and bidding privileges permanently revoked.
5. Non-Refundable Terms
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Buyer's Premium of 15% and applicable sales tax will be added to the final invoice.
Sales tax is waived only for verified, licensed resellers.
6. Chargeback Abuse Will Be Contested
By entering your payment information and placing a bid, you agree to these terms. Initiating a credit card chargeback after failing to follow through on your obligations is considered a breach of contract and fraudulent misuse of the payment system. Eastside Estate Liquidation will contest all such chargebacks with documentation, including your digital acceptance of these terms, invoice records, time-stamped bidding activity, and pick-up logs.
If you have questions about these terms prior to bidding, please contact us

Thank you for respecting our policies and helping us maintain the integrity of our
