All identification, titles, descriptions, photographs, manufacturer names, markings, packaging information, and other details are provided for identification and informational purposes based solely upon our reasonable visual inspection of the item and its packaging. They should not be construed as an authentication, certification, or guarantee.

These items have not been opened or independently authenticated unless specifically stated otherwise.

Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photographs and information provided and conducting any research they consider necessary before bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and accepts these limitations and agrees to purchase the lot AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF AUTHENTICITY OR COMPLETENESS, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The inability to verify authenticity, internal contents, completeness, or condition without opening or altering the packaging is a disclosed condition of sale and is reflected in the basis upon which the lot is offered. A bidder should not place a bid if guaranteed authenticity, completeness, or unopened factory contents are required.

FINAL SALE UPON REMOVAL / OPENING OF PACKAGING

Once an item has been picked up, taken into the purchaser’s possession, and removed from the premises, the sale is final and the item is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Additionally, any sealed, unopened, or packaged collectible that is opened, unsealed, altered, tampered with, or otherwise removed from its original condition by the purchaser after pickup is immediately and irrevocably non-returnable and non-refundable.

This policy is necessary because once an item leaves our custody or its packaging has been opened or altered, Eastside Estate Liquidation can no longer independently verify the item’s chain of custody, packaging integrity, condition, contents, or whether the item presented after the sale is the same item originally sold. This policy also protects against the substitution or return of counterfeit, reproduction, incomplete, altered, or different merchandise in place of the item purchased.

No return or refund will be accepted based upon an authenticity, completeness, contents, condition, or counterfeit claim made after the item has been removed from the premises or after its packaging has been opened, unsealed, altered, or tampered with, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By placing a bid, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these disclosures, including the limitations regarding authentication and inspection and the final-sale policy, as material terms and conditions of the transaction.
